Wedding Menu Option 2

Includes the following, served buffet style
(minimum 40 guests)
Choice 2 meats & 4 Salad/Side options 

Grazing Tables  (optional extra cost per person)
The grazing table is displayed on large timber slabs that sits on a large table and creates a visual talking (and eating) point for guests, encouraging mingling.

olives, sundried tomatoes,
salami/prosciutto and cured meats, bocconcini, basil pesto
peppadew’s filled with cheese
chargrilled eggplant, capsicum, zucchini,  
artichokes and marinated olives,
dried fruit and a selection of 3 cheeses

A higher end option includes the above items with a more gourmet selection, for example the platter is larger with more variety and also includes smoked trout, premium smoked salmon and a premium range of cured meats.

All grazing tables on timber slabs are garnished with a selection of mixed fresh & dried fruit, mixed nuts, breads and savoury biscuits.

Antipasto Platters (optional extra cost per person)
Antipasto platters are smaller platters, usually 2 per table of 10 guests.
This is a more intimate & traditional way to share your platters, but with the same gourmet delights as featured on the grazing tables.

Paddock to Plate
If you want to have a show stopper at your wedding with a visually appealing and impressive spread,
consider one of our most popular options.

We offer the whole pig, whole lamb, or whole chickens. 
They look amazing, taste delicious and your guests will love.

We do recommend cooking on site for the best results especially for the crackle.

Our whole fat lambs are grown by chef & proprietor Michael on green pastures
in the rolling green hills of Moyarra and Kongwak in South Gippsland.
Subject to availability.

Condiments: apple sauce, tomato relish, Dijon mustard, mint sauce and rosemary gravy.
French stick, dinner rolls served with butter.

Our catering selection of salads includes super salads alongside some traditional favourites.

Gourmet Garden; mixed lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olives, red capsicum and  Bulgarian sheep’s cheese feta
Coleslaw; creamy homemade coleslaw with apple
Spinach and Feta; baby spinach leaves, pine nuts, roasted butternut pumpkin and sheep’s cheese feta
Gourmet Super; quinoa, chickpea, carrot, beetroot, mixed seeds and fresh chives
Pickled Carrot and Coconut; carrot, coriander, coconut, currants and toasted mustard seeds
Creamy Potato; potatoes with bacon and chives
Corn on the cob
Chargrilled Pumpkin
Buttered green beans
Roasted rosemary and garlic chat potatoes
Baked potato wrapped in foil and cooked on the hot coals

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available if required (numbers to be confirmed).

A vegetarian option might include (other options are available):
Smoky mushrooms marinated with oregano and garlic served with a caponata of Mediterranean vegetables  and wild roquette GF,V,V

*Being your wedding we ensure that your service is top of the line for your wedding day
and so the services of a Chef and Chef Assistant/Wait staff are a compulsory service for all our wedding packages.
Depending on the location of your wedding and the number of guests, a quote is advised at the time of your booking.
Prices start from $700 for the day (covers minimum two members of staff).
Family Service Option available 

* Depending on your menu/item selections, there may be a cost incurred to hire portable gas ovens.
